Pensacola Welcomes Southwest

Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward announced today that Southwest Airlines would begin service at Pensacola International Airport (PNS) later this year.more

The owner or operator of any airport that has been developed with Federal grant assistance is required to operate the airport for the use and benefit of the public and make it available for all types, kinds, and classes of aeronautical activity including the use of government aircraft.

Fixed Base Operator

A commercial operator located at an airport that is required to provide a variety of aeronautical services such as aircraft fueling, flight training, aircraft charter, aircraft maintenance, etc… Pensacola Aviation Center provides these services.
