From the Director

Executive Leadership

On behalf of the entire team at Pensacola International Airport, welcome.

Pensacola International Airport plays an important role in connecting our community to the rest of the country and the world. Every day, thousands of passengers travel through our terminal, and behind each of those journeys is a team dedicated to ensuring that every experience at PNS is safe, efficient, and welcoming.

Over the past decade, our airport has experienced tremendous growth. As the largest airport between New Orleans and Jacksonville, PNS serves as a vital transportation hub for Northwest Florida and the surrounding Gulf Coast region. This growth reflects not only the strength of our airport, but also the incredible momentum of the Pensacola community itself.

Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and customer experience. Achieving that mission requires strong partnerships—with our airline partners, federal agencies, airport tenants, and the many businesses and organizations that operate on our campus.

As we look ahead, Pensacola International Airport is investing in the future through a series of major infrastructure improvements designed to enhance the passenger experience and support continued regional growth. From terminal modernization to expanded parking and airfield improvements, these projects will ensure that PNS continues to meet the needs of travelers for decades to come.

But while our facilities and operations continue to evolve, one thing remains constant: our commitment to the community we serve. Pensacola International Airport is proud to be owned and operated by the City of Pensacola, and we are honored to serve as the front door to this remarkable region.

Thank you for your interest in Pensacola International Airport.

Sincerely,

Matt Coughlin
