Airport Operations

The Operations team at Pensacola International Airport works around the clock to ensure the safe, efficient, and secure movement of aircraft, passengers, and vehicles across the airport campus.

From airfield management and safety inspections to coordination with airlines, tenants, and federal partners, the Operations Department plays a critical role in maintaining daily airport activity. By overseeing airfield operations, badging and security access, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance, the team helps ensure that Pensacola International Airport operates smoothly while meeting the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Prior Permissions Form

Before landing at PNS for non-scheduled operations, contact the Airport Operations Center to obtain a PPR number and complete the required form.
